Just bring your computer to our Burton retail unit and a BCR professional will do a quick examination. We will take some information from you and get your computer booked in. We will then look at your item as soon as possible and call you to let you know what the best options are. We endeavour to complete and return repairs or upgrades in under 24 hours.

Can you repair my ______?

Yes. If it has an ON button and doesn't normally use water, gas or petrol, we can repair it.

Will I lose my data?

No. We would never delete any data without the owner's prior consent.

Do you come out or should I bring it in?

We can do either. If in doubt, give us a call and we can advise of the likely best option.

Is that supposed to be an apple?

(expletive deleted) no. It is a pear.
